Drafting Views don't have any relation to one another, so using the same Scope Box in two Drafting Views wouldn't make sense. The main purpose of a Scope Box is to be able to apply the same Box to multiple Views in exactly the same place.

Drag the section box handles to change its size and shape. A Scope Box is a 3D, Model element and doesn't mean anything to a Drafting (2D) View.
